12. Why you applied to be a Team Leader: I have wanted to travel to the Gulf Coast to help rebuild the community for some time now and when the opportunity presented itself, I applied.
13. First reaction when you found out you were accepted: My stomach just started churning even more.
14. What you are most excited about: Being able to help rebuild the community and working with such a diverse group of individuals from all across the country.
15. What you are least excited about: I don't think Starbucks will be nearby when I need a White Chocolate Mocha!
16. What you could step up and do really well if needed: Mobilize a large group of individuals, communicate an effective plan, boost morale and teambuild.
17. What you would rather not have to do: Eat prepackaged food.
18. What you are hoping to get out of Storm Corps:A great life-changing experience.

I LOVE ALL YOU DO JASON! I am your biggest fan! I LOVE that you said you don't want to eat pre-packaged food ... spoken like you have an affinity for your friend, me, the holistic health counselor who destests prepackaged food. SO ... this trip will be good to break you from the nasty Starbucks habit ... AND, you'll save some money too ... what a bonus, YEAH!!!!! NEXT, green tea (healthier and less expensive)! I'd love to be there to watch you in action! Make UW of Greater Toledo proud! Most importantly have fun and influence lives. Seeing the devastation that is still there grieves my spirit. If the greatest country in the world can't get a grip on the situation we in deep yogurt! Steer the ship and make a difference. . .

Ok...I'm blogging again. I just looked at pictures from your weekend work, and now I have teary eyes. Everyone looks so excited to be there and to be HELPING. When this thing goes live on the 25th, more lives will be changed and inspired than any of you can imagine. LOVE YOU. I'm already excited about the "Reunion show"!!! Ha!

Certainly this life-changing week has flown for you and know you've been missed here. More importantly, your name has rolled from our lips on a daily basis (tell you about that later) and the good thoughts and well wishes have been plenty. Surely you'll find the day to day work dealings trite and trivial upon your return in comparison to the miraculous work you and your team members have accomplished.
