7. What you are most excited about: Helping others while experiencing a new part of the world.

Things you want/plan to do in the future: Teach high schools social studies in Philadelphia starting next fall with Teach For America and simultaneously earn a Masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Possibly attending law school or remaining in the field of education after those two years.

One of my interns is going on this trip and he had me look at some of the participants. After reading your profile it was a little eerie how similiar we are. Enough so that I was willing to write this randomly. I too graduated from UW, now almost 3 years ago, I share your favorite quote/matra, your favorite book, favorite tv show, favorite movie. Maybe it is just a UW thing. I presently work for Senator Barbara Boxer but I was very close to doing Teach for America. Good luck!
